I started my business over 30 years ago, with just a hammer, saw, ladder & old truck. Our base was in Marion, Illinois. Now we serve all of Southern Illinois, from small homes to large homes, along with businesses.
We are state licensed in residential & commercial roofing. I am also a preferred Owens Corning contractor installer.
I offer a lifetime warranty through Owens Corning on the standard limited lifetime warranty. Either way we use 6 nails per shingle which gives you 130 MPH wind warranty.

Harris Roofing is always the one that I get when one of my rental properties needs a new roof. I have had at least 7 houses done and have never had any complaints. Harris roofing always installs extra nails in each shingle to ensure extra protection from high winds. I started using Harris after the Derecho in 2009 and haven't had one problem with any of the roofs that were done back then. Steve has been in business for a long time and definitely knows what he is doing and his quotes are very competitive.

Steve Harris just finished my roof today. Steve and his crew did the best job for me I've ever ever had done. Took pictures and Showed me every piece of decking he had to replace. Thoroughly clean yard and even ran a magnet over the yard to pick up every nail. He's the 3rd contractor I've used and by far the best and the most honest. If you're looking for a roofer look no further he's the best in southern Illinois.
